Dana is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Mindful Change Coach. Dana completed her Mindful Coach coaching certification alongside master coach Billie Frances. The Guiding Mindful Change program empowers professional coaches to make a difference in the lives of others, and prepares coaches to be more meaningful and heart-centered in their approach with clients.
Dana has over 10+ years of wellness and fitness coaching experience. Dana brings her knowledge of behavioral psychology and mindfulness into her coaching sessions, and guides her clients to achieve lasting change.
Dana believes in working holistically with individuals and groups as they work towards improving their own self-care practices related to exercise, stress management, and mindset.
Throughout her work as a coach, Dana has helped her clients with a variety of topics including exercise adherence, work-life balance, stress management, self-confidence and empowerment, and adaptive thinking.
