Dana provides each and every client with a customized program, and prides herself on providing quality attention and support to help each person excel. No matter the goal, Dana will provide recommendations to help her clients enhance their own awareness, build upon their foundation, and achieve lasting change. Dana has worked with clients regularly since 2009, and has helped clients enhance muscular strength and endurance, improve mobility, deepen their understanding of alignment and form, reduce pain, and help with exercise adherence.

Private Yoga Instruction & Personal Training

Custom Classes

What's Included
Bring a class and/or stress management relaxation class into a team meeting, corporate event, or staff development training. Employees will leave reenergized, focused, and ready to tackle the rest of their workday. Research shows that having a mindfulness and yoga program in the workplace can reduce absenteeism, and increase productivity. Those interested can choose between a 45 minute, or 60-minute class designed based on the needs of the individual work setting.
