I am pleased to announce the launch of my business Dana Bender Wellness. Dana Bender Wellness, LLC offers health and wellness coaching, mindset and resilience coaching, educational support, and yoga and fitness services (classes and training).

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with NBHWC, Certified Mindful Change coach, and stress management coach and educator, I help clients set and reach personal goals and intentions. Although I can assist individuals with a variety of diverse goals, my specialties include mindset and resilience, self-care and empowerment strategies, exercise adherence, and stress management. Over the years, I have worked successfully with clients on an array of topics including exercise adherence and weight loss, stress management, mental wellbeing, and work-life balance.

If you identify as an achiever who often does too much feeling which leaves you feeling burnt out, or notice that you are impacted negatively by your own inner cognitions and mindset, then you came to the right place. I can help guide you on the path to reduced rumination, increased mindfulness and resilience, improved relationship with your own thoughts and exercise behaviors, and an enhanced desire to be your best self.

If you have not worked with a coach before, I can help explain what you can expect in working with me. In the coaching process, I work collaboratively with you and meet you where you are at in the change process.  In the coaching sessions, I would help you identify the areas in your life that are most important to you, and help you decide how you want to address them.  With my support, you will define and declare specific goals, explore your inner and outer resources, implement attainable action steps, receive ongoing support, and work towards the results you have always strived for. I have seen clients I worked with become empowered by the change and self awareness they experience as a result of working with a coach.

In addition to offering coaching services, I work virtually as an exercise physiologist, certified personal trainer, power pilates intermediate mat instructor, and experienced registered yoga teacher. I help clients improve muscular strength and endurance, develop and improve core strength, enhance mobility and stability, and strengthen physical alignment, form and posture.  I take pride in my detail-oriented and holistic style in working with clients in all that I do, and I strive to help others think and respond adaptively.
